Randy was a great host! The place was clean and in a perfect place to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. It was a lovely stay and i would recommend this condo to everyone!

It was in the middle of everything we were wanting to do and quick access to the beach. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and the pool always had chairs available. I’ve stayed other places during this time and it was overly crowded. Definitely the spot to choose if you don’t like crowded beaches and pools. Once Tootsies open, that might change though. lol. Thank you for opening your place to us for our vacation.

I absolutely loved this location. I will make sure I book again here for my next family trip with all my little ones. It was just as it was described. Well worth every dollar. And the scenery was great. Right in the middle of everything you could want. Walking distance from everything as well.

Place is beautiful! Had a heated pool and beautiful views. Place was very clean and a lot of kitchen amenities provided. The water pressure in the shower is a 10/10 probably mine and my husbands favorite part! Definitely recommend staying here.

We actually stayed in one of Randy’s Panama City beach rentals 2 nights before my husband’s surgery (Saturday &Sunday) with plans to travel home the day after surgery (Tuesday) . Things changed after surgery and we needed to stay until Thursday. I called Randy from the hospital parking lot to see if the room was still available. The room we stayed in was not available but he had another rental in the same location. Both places were perfect! 3 weeks before these rentals, we stayed in a local Panama City Beach hotel on the beach ( not a Resort) and paid $769.48 for 2 nights. The cost of the 2 condo rentals for 4 days was very near the same cost! No hassle with staff, it was a great stay. If you are. Smoker…..(I know it is a bad habit!), there are smoking areas at condos, most hotels are smoke free (no smoking areas ANYWHERE)! This is a biggy for me. We are looking forward to renting from Randy in the future.

It was in a great location and family friendly. There was just enough room for my family of four. Randy was a great host and continually let us know he was there if we had any problems, but we didn’t. We would definitely come back if we come back to Panama.

Fantastic little condo. We loved the location and the condo was very nice. The pool was awesome. Randy was responsive. The kitchen was actually stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and knives. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s. We would stay here again!

We decided at the last minute to head to the beach. We found this place and thought the price was great! We had to message Randy a couple times about certain things and he was quick to respond and helped us out. We look forward to staying again. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The security staff was great.
