Fully stocked kitchen and bath. Note: Top of the Gulf does not have private balconies however, there is a large shared seating area on this floor with a great view of the beach. This is a non smoking/vaping unit
Good to know
You will enjoy beach living at its best in this condominium that sleeps 4 and features modern décor. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. Our condo is equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, blender, iron and all necessary cooking utensils. WE SUPPLY: All bed linens as well as 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. You are furnished a starter pack consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the same floor for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay. This condo does not have a private balcony but just a few steps down the hall is a large common balcony with plentiful seating. You must be 21 to rent. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. This is a non smoking/vaping unit
