This condominium that sleeps 5 and features fun beach décor. It has a full kitchen and is stocked with everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has ample counter space a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as a full size range. This condo is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and all necessary cooking utensils WE SUPPLY: All bed linens and 5 bath towels 2 hand towels and 5 wash clothes. Two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and one laundry detergent pod and two trash bags will be also provided . DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY. There is a washer and dryer in this unit for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay. Bring your own beach towels! NO animals allowed. This is a non smoking/vaping unit. You must be 21 and show ID at check in.
House Rules
There can be no more than 5 guests in the unit per occupancy rules set by the city fire marshal. Only one parking pass will be issued per unit. a 2nd pass may be available during the slower seasons but is not guaranteed. You must be 21 to rent. There is no smoking/vaping and no animals allowed in this unit. The resort will not allow guests with pets of any kind on the property.

Located directly on the white sand beach this condo is easy walking distance to Hammerhead Fred’s. It is also less than a mile to Pineapple Willies. Walmart, Ripley’s and Wonderworks are less than two miles away. Across the street is Hammerhead Fred’s, Wendy’s and Subway. There is a pool side snack bar and Tiki bar that is open during the summer season and on busy weekends during the off season.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common spaces including two pools (one seasonally heated), two kiddie pools, grills, two outdoor and one indoor hot tubs, game room, exercise room, and private beach access. Beach chairs are available to rent on the beach.

Our complex is on the quieter east end of the beach. It is a short 30 minute drive from ECP Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.
