The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze and includes: Full-size refrigerator Microwave Dishwasher and range Coffee maker, blender, and toaster All necessary cookware and utensils For your convenience, a front-loading washer and dryer are located within the unit.

There can be no more than 5 guests in the unit per occupancy rules set by the city fire marshal. Only one parking pass will be issued per unit. a 2nd pass may be available during the slower seasons but is not guaranteed. You must be 21 to rent. There is no smoking/vaping and no animals allowed in this unit. The resort will not allow guests with pets of any kind on the property.

A few important details for your stay: Construction Notice: Please be advised that the resort will be conducting ongoing balcony work from October 1, 2025, through March 30, 2026. You may experience related noise during daytime hours. Check-in Process: Upon arrival, please visit the office on the 1st floor of the Summit to purchase your required parking pass and armbands. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit to get you settled in, including all bed linens, 5 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 5 washcloths, two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule, one laundry detergent pod, and two trash bags. Daily housekeeping is not provided. What to Bring: We recommend you bring your own beach towels and any additional consumable supplies (like paper towels, coffee, spices, etc.) you may need for the duration of your stay.
