This renovated condo has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking or fixing a quick snack before you head back to the sand. The kitchen has quartz countertops and full size stainless appliances. WE SUPPLY: All bed linens and 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. Two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags will be also provided . This condo is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, iron and all necessary cooking utensils as well as WIFI in the unit. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the same floor for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay. No condos at Top of the Gulf have a private balcony but there is a small balcony a few steps outside our door that is perfect for watching the sunset. Just down the hall is a large common balcony with plentiful seating that faces directly towards the gulf. This is a non smoking/vaping unit. You must be 21 and show ID at check in.

There can be no more than 4 guests in the unit per occupancy rules set by the city fire marshall. Only one parking pass will be issued per unit. A 2nd pass may be available during the slower off seasons but is not guaranteed. You must be 21 to rent. This is strictly enforced by our on site security and is not flexible. There is no smoking/vaping and no animals allowed in this unit. The resort will not allow guests with pets of any kind on the property.

Armbands: For your security and access to amenities, you will find four armbands inside the unit. These are required to be worn on the property and must be returned to the unit at the end of your stay. Staff and security closely monitor both parking passes and armbands.
