You will enjoy beach living at its best in this condominium that sleeps 4 and features modern décor. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. Our condo is equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, blender, iron and all necessary cooking utensils. WE SUPPLY: All bed linens as well as 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. You are furnished a starter pack consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the same floor for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay. This condo does not have a private balcony but just a few steps down the hall is a large common balcony with plentiful seating. You must be 21 to rent. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Upon arrival you must go to the office and purchase your resort pass. The cost is $30 cash and includes one parking pass valid for your entire stay. Armbands are located in the condo and must be returned at the end of your stay. If you choose to keep the armband as a souvenir, there will be a $20 fee applied to your stay per armband Only one parking pass will be issued per unit during busy times.
