This cozy, modern condominium is your ideal home base for beach living at its best. Inside, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements and modern conveniences: Sleeping: The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests with two queen beds. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. Kitchen Amenities: We provide a coffee maker, blender, and all the cooking utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals. View & Balcony: While the unit has a partial view of the water from one window, you are just a few steps down the hall from a large, shared balcony with plentiful seating and a great view of the beach. It's the perfect place to relax and soak in the coastal scenery.t
House Rules
You must be 21 to rent. This is strictly enforced by our on site security and is not flexible. There can be no more than 4 guests in the unit per occupancy rules set by the city fire marshal. Only one parking pass will be issued per unit. A 2nd pass may be available during the slower off seasons but is not guaranteed. You must be 21 to rent. The resort will not allow guests with pets of any kind on the property.
Other Details to Note
Check-in Process: Upon arrival, you must go to the resort's front office to purchase your resort pass. The cost is $30 (cash only) and includes one parking pass for your stay. You will be required to provide a valid ID. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack to get you settled in, which includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher detergent capsule, and 2 trash bags. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay. Linens & Towels: The unit is stocked with all bed linens, 6 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths for your stay. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided.
